Kaizen Fires is a dropshipping retailer that partners with Cach Fires to offer high-quality bioethanol fireplaces. All transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed during checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are delivered directly by our supplier, Cach Fires. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and supplier schedules.

  • We only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • In-stock products typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Out-of-stock products may take up to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on supplier availability.

  • Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. Kaizen Fires is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can be delivered safely into their premises. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team for instructions.

  • Products must be in resaleable condition with no signs of damage or use.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or made-to-order products, are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Most products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Customers are required to register warranties directly with the manufacturer to activate coverage.

  • Warranty claims, including repairs or replacements, must be processed directly with the manufacturer. Kaizen Fires can assist with manufacturer contact details but does not handle claims directly.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or consumables.

6. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • While we aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels with our supplier. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kaizen Fires acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defects, delays, or damages caused during transit by third-party couriers.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

  • Personal information is collected to process orders, provide support, and improve services.

  • We do not share customer data with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return policies apply.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or pursued through the courts in the UK.
