Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking details (if available).

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier, Cach Fires.


Shipping Locations

  • We only ship within the UK.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Times

  • Products in stock: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • Products not in stock: Orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be communicated to you via email after order confirmation.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all UK orders.

  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via the email entered at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim efficiently.
